''MindBody Motion'' is a combination of Chi-Dance (warm-up moves from Qi Gong) ,
Yoga Flow and Core-Conditioning Exercise to Music Class.

The key of this class is mindful movement in all range of motion with deep, conscious breathing to strengthen and lengthen your muscles in every part of your body to uplifting music.

We improve total Body Strength, Flexibility, Posture, Balance,
Co-ordination, Breathing & Strengthen our Core.

The sessions conclude with a 10 minute guided relaxation/meditation.

It is Suitable for All Ages from Beginner to advance.
Pregnant Ladies are Welcome.
